Named after the primary visual cortex numbered by the German anatomist Korbinian Brodmann, Area 17 takes its viewers on a surreal and mysterious trip through processing of impressions on human beings. 

This opening teaser was used for 'Spectrum Short 2 : Adaptations' program of the International Film Festival (IFFR) in Rotterdam in 2014.
